Office / Janitorial
Most businesses, schools, offices, etc. fall between 2-4 hours per session depending on the size and soiling level. We offer discounted hourly rates if booking more than one cleaning session a week. We offer 6 month, 12 month and 24 month service agreements. All services are subject to a $150 minimum booking cost *Plus any applicable travel fees if located more than 10 miles outside the town of Taos.

Upholstery
Upholstery cleaning consists of utilizing a professional extraction upholstery machine with hot, pressurized water mixed with a cleaning solution that gets deep into fabric fibers, then removes 90% of the water with a powerful vacuum to immediately extract the dirty water, dirt, and allergens, leaving your furniture fresh, clean, and dry within a few hours.
*Stain treating incurs additional costs.
*Typical cost is $150 - $500

Carpet & Rugs
Our carpet cleaning service utilizing 'The Extraction Method' always includes pre-vacuuming, and is performed using eco-friendly detergents, hot water extraction methods, and steam.
Our carpet cleaning service for commercial carpets utilizing 'The Encapsulation Method' always includes pre-vacuuming and is performed utilizing only eco-friendly surfactants and detergents for spot and stain treating, in combination with the patented Encapsulation cleaning process that take place with out the use of water, therefore not requiring an extraction process, or a potential for fans. This process is not recommended for all carpet types, and soiling levels, due to the lack of the utilization of h2o.

Windows
Our Window Cleaning Service generally consists of cleaning all sills, tracks, screens, framing & ledges. Our employees do not use ladders for safety purposes. Instead, we utilize high reach poles. We are quite crafty & do the absolute best we can for all extremely high reach windows. Most homes from $150 - $350 plus tax, depending on the size and amount of windows. *Plus any applicable travel fees if located more than 10 miles outside the town of Taos.

Residential
Residential Service always includes the following: Cleaning all kitchen counters appliances, oven, stove and fridge. Cleaning of all living rooms, dining rooms and dens. Dusting all framed photos, furniture, knick knacks, etc. Cleaning all bathrooms: Tub, shower, sinks, toilets, etc. Cleaning any laundry rooms, washers and dryers. Removing trash to your main receptacle (such as garage garbage can) replacing client provided bags, sweeping and mopping all floors and vacuuming all carpets (Garages & windows must be requested as a Deep Clean add on.) Our staff does NOT wash dishes or perform laundry services. However, if your bed is stripped and clean sheets are placed on top, we will perform all bed making tasks. Most homes range from $150-$300 plus tax, depending on the size and spoiling level

Hard Floor Cleaning/Stripping/Waxing
*VCT, Saltillo, Granite, Marble, Concrete, Brick
Generally speaking for Marble, Granite, Brick, Stone or Concrete with no significant prior damage, it is a 2 step process to include: Cleaning by means of either Steam, Rotary Machine Scrub, Mop, etc. depending on your level of soiling, as well as a High Gloss Waxing by means of applying a high gloss wax/polish.
Generally speaking for VCT or Saltillo Tile Cleaning, Stripping, Sealing, High Gloss Polish and/or Burnishing, with no significant prior damage, it is a 5 step process to include: Stripping (IF needed), Cleaning, Sealing (IF needed), Waxing by means of applying a high gloss polish, and lastly a machine Burnishing to increase shine and longevity of the wax if desired. *VCT tile requires Burnishing

Short Term Vacation Rentals
We consider many factors when estimating the time it takes to properly clean, disinfect and sanitize a home. Unlike most other companies in the industry, we factor in additional time for garages, bbq grills, porches, patio furniture, loading & unloading supplies, as well as placing linens and amenities. Cost based on Unit Specific Pricing discussed on a scheduled phone consultation.
Did you know that the majority of the vacation rental industry uses independent contractors for their cleaning services? Do you know what that means to you as a property owner?Independent contractors cannot be provided cleaning products, nor can they be instructed on which products to use. Also, should anything get damaged or worse, the cleaner is NOT covered by the company's insurance policy. Our employees are always drug tested, background screened, clock in and out using an app & are GPS tracked! We also only utilize the industry's top leading, eco friendly, least toxic cleaning products.

Deep Cleaning / Moveout
Deep Cleanings always include the following: Pulling out ALL appliances and cleaning inside, behind and under; high dusting all vigas, light fixtures and fans; spot cleaning all walls, door frames and baseboards; removing cobwebs and dead bugs from all window sills and cleaning window sills (glass in & out incurs an additional fee); removing all items from ALL cabinets and closets and cleaning all shelving and all sides of cabinet doors and drawers; sweeping and mopping all floors and vacuuming all carpets (Garages & windows must be requested as a Deep Clean add on.)
Most homes we clean range from $300-$700 plus tax, depending on the size and spoiling level

Grout& Tile: Steam & Manual Restoration Cleaning
Professional Grout Steam Cleaning includes using a commercial steam machine to thoroughly clean and restore your floors and or grout. Heavy staining, deep-seated mold, or years of accumulated grime can add time and additional required hand tool effort.
All services are subject to a $150 minimum booking cost

Pressure Washing
Pressure wash and clean surfaces. Stone, Concrete,Tile, Wood, Metal... we do it all! Includes planning, equipment, area preparation, disposal and protection of any disposed liquid cleaning agents off site, if needed. If needed, additional deck brushing. We will do our very best to get underneath items that cannot move!
$150 per labor hour. 2 hr minimum applies

Hard Wood Floor Cleaning & Waxing / Polishing
Generally speaking for a Hardwood Floor Cleaning &/OR a High Gloss Polishing, with no significant prior damage or previous coatings to remove, it is a 2 step process to include Cleaning, and then Polishing by means of applying at least 3 coats of a high gloss wax, if requested. Once the wax fully dries, it can be mopped as usual with a low pH cleaner such as Murphy's Hard Wood Oil Soap and the gloss will remain for many months depending on the amount of foot traffic. The high gloss polish once applied, and cured, will make the wood flooring appear almost as if it's been completely refinished!

Service includes commercial vacuuming inside vehicle as well as detail cleaning to include all air vents, glass and storage compartments. All upholstery professionally cleaned. Outside vehicle washed and tire shine applied.
*Waxing not included. Minimum rate of $150 for up to two labor hours and $80hr thereafter to be bid as a flat rate.
